Energy Assistance

New Opportunities Inc.'s Energy Division administers a unique mix of federal and state funds enhanced by a specialized network of public and private partnerships to provide an array of home heating assistance and weatherization services to clients who meet income eligibility requirements. Division representatives also advocate a variety of energy policies last year that dramatically affected Connecticut's low-income population.
