New Opportunities 2013 Holiday Toy Drive wrapped up another successful campaign, providing more than 4,500 toys to over 1,450 deserving children throughout the region that otherwise may have gone without gifts this holiday season if it weren’t for the campaign.

Now in its 26th year, the annual campaign provides new unwrapped toys to boys and girls up to age 18, who reside in Greater Waterbury, Greater Meriden, Greater Torrington and Thomaston. This year’s campaign expanded its reach to Thomaston, home to a New Opportunities satellite office.

This year’s campaign was a success thanks to the many individuals, businesses and organizations whose support makes the toy drive possible. The support we received this holiday season came in many forms - ranging from individuals, businesses and organizations that helped us collect gifts to those who donated toys; those who held office fundraisers to raise money, to those who generously made monetary donations; and finally to the individual volunteers who shared their time off over the holidays to support the efforts of our toy collection and giveaway.

New Opportunities would like to thank the following supporters of the 2013 Holiday Toy Drive (listed alphabetically):
